Demetria Chappo is a Brooklyn based ceramicist originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her work draws influence from nature, science, water, symbolism, music, and ordinary objects. Demetria is inspired by the organic and architectural elements of the deep south, the Gulf Coast, and her current home of New York City.
