Shipping policy
We're proud that all shipments are carbon neutral, and each order now plants a tree through Eden Reforestation Projects. Our offset contributions currently assist the Jarí Para REDD+ Avoided Unplanned Deforestation project in the Amazon Rainforest, a Verified Carbon Standard project certified by Pachama.
Orders ship Monday – Friday. Domestic orders will ship via UPS and USPS, and International orders typically ship via USPS International Service. You are able to select your shipping cost and options at the time of checkout. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation outlining the details of your order. Please be sure your delivery address is both correct and secure. We are not responsible for packages after they are delivered to the requested address.

Please allow 24-36 hours to process your order. We do not ship on weekends. Occasionally items may be oversold. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. You can choose to wait on the back-ordered item or the item can be voided and the purchase amount refunded.
Please note, for purchases outside the USA, your bank may charge an international processing fee. You are also responsible for any additional duties and import fees imposed by your country.
