We are proud to present a collaborative coffee with friend, baker, and literal tastemaker Lindsey Gazel.
The goal was to create a coffee that is approachable, compliments desserts, yet still maintains nuance and complexity. Bakes Blend consists of 50/50 natural Brazil Yuki Minami and washed Colombia Passiflora leading to an exceptional coffee suitable for any brew method.
