Elephant Heart Plum

This jam strikes the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Pink plums have a similar taste to jolly ranchers candy. Grown at Kennedy Farms in CA. Sqirl jams are preserved in 15qt Copper Jam Pans with fine-tuned technique and minimal ingredients (since 2011).
