Honduras Finca Monte Nevado

This certified organic coffee comes from Finca Monte Nevado, located in Belen, Ocotepeque. Half of the farm is shaded by native tree species, helping to preserve and protect the ecosystem. Herminio Perdomo runs production while also managing CAFESCOR - a Coop instrumental in growing local specialty coffee production. Their initiatives have directly led to higher worker compensation, and the creation of many exceptional coffees.
