Aprium & Ollalieberry

Part Aprium (1/4th Plum to 3/4th apricot), which has all the notes of an apricot married to the richness of a plum and part Olallieberry (tastes like a boysenberry mixed with a blackberry), this is an incredibly flavorful jam. Sqirl jams are preserved in 15qt Copper Jam Pans with fine-tuned technique and minimal ingredients (since 2011).
